The FBI has launched an investigation into the death of man beaten by police authorities. The investigation started amid questions over how officials handled the case. Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood said he asked the FBI to get involved after learning one of the cell phones seized from witnesses had no footage on it. Two witnesses came forward saying they watched the videos on each of the phones last week after David Silva was beaten to death....
