Family Of Bank Robbers Arrested

A family of bank robbers were arrested after knocking over the 1st Community Credit Union in Katy, Texas. Now news is coming out that they may have been involved in multiple heists.

The Catt Family, or Catt Burglars (see: video), were in trouble. Reports conflict about their mother — one supposed family friend said they had “lost their mother.” Another source says she was convicted of assault and Ronald Scott Catt, 50, divorced her and kept the kids.

That’s unclear. But it appears that Ronald had lost his two jobs, and their previous home had been turned over to a mortgage company in June. That’s plenty motivation for getting the family together and robbing some banks.

Scott brought his kids Hayden, 20, and Abigail, 18, along on the robbery they committed October 1st. Ronald and Hayden went into the bank, dressed with orange traffic vests, while Abby was their wheel woman. Bad for them, it was in the planning stage when they had gone wrong — Ronald had bought the vests at a Home Depot with his debit card. Where there are cameras. That create images which can be matched up with bank security footage.

Which is what they did, and now all three have been arrested. Scott and Hayden were given $140,000 bail, and Abigail’s was set at $100,000. It’s sad at this point. Abigail was an honor student at her high school and a member of the swim team.

And now it’s coming out that there may be links to other robberies. Investigators are beginning to look at five other robberies back where they used to live in Oregon and believe there’s a connection. Which means that Abigail is an amazing wheel woman. Not once were they caught in the act. If this is true — seven heists — not once did police catch up to them? I mean, screw Drive, Abby’s whooping ass behind that wheel.

And yeah, I found her Facebook. Depending on how you look at it, it’s either incredibly amusing or intensely tragic. Or both. I don’t know.

But to show you how this family felt about one another, here’s Abby’s response to a picture her Dad posted on his Facebook when he was at a festival in Galveston:

Badass dad.. glad your havin a good time! You deserve every single second of it hope you know that I love you an appreciate you more than anything in the world!!! Miss you come home safely!

So… maybe when at least Abby gets out, someone should hire her as a stunt driver? It would certainly prevent her from going back to a life of crime.

Question: Who here’s trying to win the race to sell the script first?
