The Internet is a place of hope, happiness and cat videos, but there are the dark corners of the Internet. Where identities are stolen and two girls do ungodly things with a cup, so some parents feel that they should protect their children from such things.
A 16-year-old girl from northern California was tired of how her parents restricted her Internet access, so she devised a devious plan. With the help of one of her friends, the girl obtained sleeping pills and drugged her parents so she could stay up late and use the Facebook’s/Twitter’s/Tumblr’s/YouTube’s/Myspace’s/LinkedIn’s/Google+’s/Vimeo’s/Pinetrest’s/Wordpress’s/Instagram’s … she’s crazy!
That evening the daughter offered her parents milkshakes out of the blue, which the parents found very suspicious. They accepted the shakes and made it about a quarter the way through before they passed out. They awoke feeling strange and went to the police to get a drug test, because apparently this is not the first time she has drugged them.
“They had a crunchy texture, bad taste in their mouth,” Rocklin police Lt. Lon Milka said.
She is not the parents biological daughter, she was a foster child who was adopted by her current guardians.
She and her friend her gave her the prescription drugs were booked into Placer County Juvenile Hall on suspicion of willfully mingling a pharmaceutical into food and conspiracy.
“Drugging your parents so you can use the internet, never heard of that,” neighbor Earl Carson said. “That’s crazy.”
What are your thoughts on drugging your parents for Internet access?
…. that was a weird question
