That’s right, it’s coming back!
Zombie mode is being brought back with Call of Duty: Black Ops II and it’s pretty much its own game.

The new zombie mode is looking huge, what Kotaku’s calling “pretty much its own massive game.”
Apparently co-op players will be playing in an open world, able to run from zone to zone to shoot zombies in the face again and again, according to Treyarch, the Black Ops studio that’s been putting zombies exactly where they belong: in front of the barrel of a gun.
There’s also a mode called “Grief,” which pits humans vs. humans vs. zombies.
Because as we all know, in the zombie apocalypse, the true evil… is us.
